President's Letter (Cont.)

Most of these orders are with customers who have launched with ILS before -- major operators, blue chip companies, familiar names in satellite and space business, customers who trust Proton to deliver their spacecraft and who know the ILS team will provide reliable, professional services. Some orders are from newer players in the space industry -- companies who have chosen to place the future of their businesses in our hands. Regardless of the company, mission or payload size and mass, our commitment to performance and excellence with our partner, Khrunichev, is always our first priority.

With such an increase in numbers, we will not lose sight of our priority. We will continue to exceed customer expectations and demonstrate that our focus is not "market share" but "customer care." Our success in numbers will not deter us from seeking out ways to improve performance. We thank you, our customers, for your support and the continued opportunity to earn your business every day!

Our fundamental principle is that highly talented people can create truly amazing results with a "can do" attitude and teamwork. This year is just the beginning for the new ILS.
