ILS Proton Successfully Launches DIRECTV 10
With the first mission demonstrating Proton rocket's enhancements, International Launch Services (ILS) and Russian partner Khrunichev, launched Proton M Breeze M carrying the DIRECTV 10 satellite on July 6 (July 7, Baikonur) that successfully placed DIRECTV 10 into orbit on July 7, 2007.

- Liftoff occurred in Baikonur on Saturday, July 7 at 7:16 a.m. local time (9:16 p.m. Friday EDT, 01:16 Saturday GMT).
- Nominal separation took place at 10:24 GMT, on July 7, 2007.
