ILS Proton Successfully Launches Sirius 4
International Launch Services (ILS) and Russian partner Khrunichev launched Proton M Breeze M carrying the SIRIUS 4 satellite on November 17 (November 18, Baikonur) that successfully placed SIRIUS 4 into orbit on November 18, 2007.
Final Details of the Launch and Separation
- Liftoff occurred in Baikonur on Sunday November 18 at 4:39 a.m. local time (5:39 p.m. Saturday EST, 22:39 Saturday GMT).
- Nominal separation took place at 07:52:47 GMT, on November 18, 2007.
