Final Details of the Launch and Separation 

  • Liftoff occurred in Baikonur on Friday, March 15, 5:18 a.m. local time (Thursday, March 14, 7:18 p.m EDT,  23:18 Thursday GMT)  

  • The  Breeze M upper stage suffered an anomaly and shut down during its second burn. The satellite was released into an orbit of approximately 26,000 km by 770 km at 49 degrees inclination.
