BAIKONUR COSMODROME, Kazakhstan, November 23, 2009 – The launch of a Proton launch vehicle with the W7 satellite was postponed today for 24 hours. There are no technical issues concerning the Proton rocket or the satellite.

Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center and International Launch Services (ILS) plan to make another attempt at 8:19 PM tomorrow local time in Baikonur (14:19 GMT, 3:19 PM in Paris, 9:19 AM, EST). The satellite was built by Thales Alenia Space for Eutelsat of France.
