BAIKONUR COSMODROME, Kazakhstan December 05, 2010 – On 05 December 2010, a Russian Federal mission of a Proton M Block DM rocket was launched with three Glonass-M navigation satellites on board from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.  The satellite cluster was not injected into its intended orbit.

A Russian State Commission Board was immediately established to find out the cause of the anomaly, determine corrective action and next steps.  As always, ILS and Khrunichev remain committed to our customers and mission success for all of our launches.
