Baikonur Cosmodrome, December 10, 2003 — A Proton Breeze M launch vehicle successfully deployed a trio of Uragan satellites for the Glonass satellite navigation system. This was the fourth Proton launch in 2003.
Built by Khrunichev State Research and Production Center in Moscow, Proton is one of the premier launch systems in the world. |
