MOSCOW, July 28, 1999 – Lockheed Martin Corporation and Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center have signed an agreement to assign worldwide, exclusive marketing and sales rights for Khrunichev’s new Angara family of launch vehicles to International Launch Services (ILS).
