Telstar 14R Delivered to Baikonur Cosmodrome

BAIKONUR COSMODROME, Kazakhstan, April 20, 2011 - The Telstar 14R/Estrela do Sul 2 satellite was delivered today, ahead of schedule, for the start of its launch campaign. The spacecraft, built by Space Systems/Loral (SS/L) for Telesat, arrived at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan for commercial launch onboard a Proton Breeze M vehicle provided by International Launch Services (ILS).

ILS Protests Unfair Subsidies to Arianespace

BRUSSELS, Belgium, March 23, 2011 - ILS International Launch Services, Inc. SES and ILS Announce the Launch of SES-6 on ILS Proton in 2013

Reston, VA./Luxembourg, March 16, 2011 – International Launch Services (ILS) and SES (Euronext Paris and Luxembourg Stock Exchange: SESG) today announced the launch of SES-6 in 2013 on ILS Proton.  SES-6 is the sixth mission under the SES Multi Launch Agreement (MLA) signed in June 2007 between ILS and SES Satellite Leasing Limited, SES’s satellite procurement and leasing company in the Isle of Man.

WASHINGTON, D.C., January  13, 2011 - International Launch Services (ILS) recently received a peer-reviewed media award for its live launch broadcast from the Television, Internet and Video Association’s Washington, D.C. chapter (TIVA-DC). The award was presented at a ceremony at the National Press Club to ILS’s broadcast company, Interface Media Group (IMG) who produces the broadcast from their Washington, D.C. studio.
