March 16, 2014 – The Proton Breeze M launch vehicle successfully placed the Express AT-1 and Express AT-2 satellites into orbit today. The vehicle lifted off at 3:08 a.m. Moscow time from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. After 9 hours, both spacecraft separated from the Breeze M and were released into geostationary orbit. This was the 2nd launch of the Proton vehicle this year and the 395th overall since its first flight in 1965.
