ILS Proton Successfully Launches SES-6 for SES

BAIKONUR COSMODROME, Kazakhstan, June 4, 2013 – International Launch Services (ILS) successfully placed the SES-6 satellite into a super-synchronous transfer orbit (SSTO) today, for SES of Luxembourg. ILS has made a second launch contract announcement within a week as it speedily works through its mission backlog following March’s return to flight.
